Swiss, the principal airline of Switzerland, is adding a further more long-haul destination to its network in the 2010 summer schedule. The new destination is San Francisco. British Airways has been awarded the Best Transatlantic Airline of 2008. Skytrax, the organiser of the World airline awards ceremony which took place in Hamburg, Germany on the 1st of April, assigned the Best Airline of the Year award to Singapore Airlines.
