Jet2 to commence “New York Shopping” flights tomorrow

Tomorrow morning Jet2 will be celebrating the departure of the first New York shopping flights from East Midlands and Glasgow Airports.

Flights from Glasgow to New York Newark are already fully booked! There are still some places left on flights from East Midlands to New York Newark, starting from £280 return, including tax.

Ian Doubtfire, Managing Director of Jet2, said, “We’re delighted to be operating the first ever flight from East Midlands Airport to New York. With 15 city, sun and sea destinations available from the airport, we are delighted to offer this special Christmas service. East Midlands is a very important base for us and we are committed to offering local holidaymakers even more exciting destinations to jet to. Our crew are thrilled to be working on the inaugural flight and are enjoying preparations for the departure tomorrow.”
