Lufthansa takes over BMI
October 29th, 2008 | by sergio |Lufthansa is buying a controlling stake in bmi, for a sum believed to be around £320 million.
After this deal, Lufthansa will own 80 per cent of bmi, the former British Midland, and is expected to make a bid for the remaining 20 per cent, which is owned by Scandinavian Airlines (SAS)
